Directions for Use:

• The product is suggested to be applied by brush directly on cut sections of DRY SEASONED new or old wooden fixtures & furniture, rafters, beams, etc. and sprayed on wide ply boards, block boards before applying wood fillers, primer, polish or paint.

• The product covers an area of 100 - 200 sq.ft./ltr. and varies on different types of wood.

• One time application of AT-WT protects the wood for at least 10 years.

• DO NOT DILUTE AT-WT with water or any type of oil.

​Applications:

BAMBOO TREATMENT:

Slit dry bamboos into vertical lengths and apply AT-WT thoroughly by brush OR Soak the entire cylindrical bamboo in AT-WT making a half inch hole in each segment and two narrow openings on both ends allowing the product inside for two hours. Drip out the product for additional uses and dry the bamboo for use.

WOOD FLOORINGS:

Spray AT-WT on all the subflooring cemented areas at first and then Apply The product by brush on cut sections of hard wood/veneer flooring and skirting on the reverse side OR on Both sides in case of soft Pine, Silver oak wood etc., to protect from termite or wood borers infestation.

TREATING ORGANIC BUILDING MATERIALS:

Organic matter or materials like husk, hay/grass, cow dung/manure dry leaves, fibres, mud, etc. used for flooring and wall plaster should be made into a batter. Note: Every 15 kg of the batter material shall be mixed with 1 litre of Osolin AT-WT thoroughly before mixing it with cement.

TREATING ELECTRICAL CABLE, WATER AND DRAIN INLET POINTS:

Spray/drench a Jute rag with AT-WT and bind it around all electrical cable or conduit inlet points and spray AT-WT at Water inlet GI/PVC pipes and DRAIN line outlets at the soil and building interface junctions. These points develop plastering cracks which are most prone to termite entry from exterior soil.

INFESTED OLD FLOORINGS, WALLS & CEILINGS:

The infested plastering area of walls, floorings and ceilings are to be scrapped 4 to 5 inches wide to expose the termite attack until the source point at ground level. Spray AT-WT to control & repel live termites. The infested termite source point may be injected two or three times thoroughly with AT-WT and sealed. Re-plastering may be done after 8 hours. The excavated re-flooring mud area is suggested to be evenly rammed & sprayed with Osolin AT-WT, before final flooring.

INFESTED OLD WODEN FIXTURES & FURNITURE:

Spray AT-WT on all the infested wood to control existing termites. The source or entry points of termites have to be widened & injected with AT-WT or may be poured into the source point using a small funnel until it gets filled up. Repeat 3 - 4 times and seal after a day using cement slurry. All the ceiling rafters shall be applied thoroughly with AT-WT and their resting point on the masonry walls or pillars shall be treated with good care.

Note: The product’s coverage area cannot be specified as the extent of damage is unseen in all post-construction termite infestation.

TERMITE MOUNDS IN & AROUND PLINTH AREA:

Prepare a mixture of 1 ltr. AT-WT in 15 kgs of dry sand and pour such a mix into the mound by breaking two or 3 openings. Fill up the mound until the surrounding ground level.

TREATING INFESTED TREE BARKS:

Spray or Brush apply Osolin AT-WT on to kill the live termites on infested tree barks.
Scrape out the termite residue and apply AT-WT on the clean surface of the tree bark in a way that the applied surface forms a 2 to 3 feet patch leaving 1 feet space from the ground.
Do not apply near the roots as the product contains natural oils.
